I like to keep the summer in a jar. Keep it for a little while. spread the sticky, fruity on some bread and eat it.
 //Elderflower marmalade:

Bring elderflower, rawsugar, chopped lemon and a bit of water to the boil. Simer for about 30 minutes, let the suger caramelize. 


//Kiwi marmalade with cinnamon, lavender and rosemary:
Boil with rawsugar. Serve on toasted bread together with goats fetacheese. Wrap your bread in a towel to preserve the crust. No plastic bags.
