 Out walking again, bought huge amounts of tomatoes. 
//Roasted tomatoes with borecole risotto.
Roasted them in the oven. Simply. Olive oil, black pepper, salt + some wild rosemary. (I have a secret bush where i pick it) Hot oven. Made sort of a risotto from bulgur. Added borecole and a strong cheese. 

Then we met a cat.
