Walking far away. Long. Gone. Bought a big bag of sesame seeds.
//Sesame crackers:
Lots of sesame seeds in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, flax-seeds and a little bit of oat meals. Stir together.
Spread it out on a baking paper, put another on top. Flatten out with a rolling-pin, sprinkle some more sesame seeds on top and give it another roll to press the seeds down in the dough.
Place in hot oven, about 200 C.  Done when they are crunchy and got some colour.
Crack in to smaller bits when cooled down.

 On a bit of salty crackers there is need for something sweet.
Stewed apple with lavender:
Chop some apples up. Heat gently in a pan. Add a little bit of sugar and a little bit of lavender flowers. Simmer.
First butter on the crackers, then the stewed apples.
