It might be winter.
//Lamb burger in Underberg/creme sous with potato pancake. 
Grate potatoes, squeeze out as much liquid as possible from the grated potatoes, but them in small piles on a oiled baking trey. Flatten out. add some oil on top. Put in hot oven to roast. Add salt when done.
Make burgers out off minced lamb, salt and pepper.  Fry in hot pan. Add creme then Underberg, salt and pepper. Simmer for a while
 



//Pear cake:
Melt 100g of butter, add 2 dl sugar, 1,5 dl flower and 2 eggs. Stir. Throw in some cardamom. Pore in to a mold. Put sliced peer on the top. Bake in oven (175 C) Serve with Créme fraiche.
