/Knäckebröd with winter flavor:
I made a dough from wild yest, with lots of rye and oat. Work the dough for about 15 minutes, then add roasted sunflower seeds, raisins, crushed clove, cardamom and cinnamon. Let it sit in the fridge over night. Flatten out to thin sheets that cover a baking trey. Bake in 250 C. When cold, break in to smaller peaces.
